This section of the Wealdway offers a lovely linear walk alongside the River Uck. Starting from Uckfield station, the path crosses gentle water meadows alive with wildflowers in spring, passes through Buxted Park, and finishes at Buxted station for an easy train ride back.

The route is largely flat with well-defined paths. The water meadows can flood in winter, so check conditions before setting out. Buxted Park offers a beautiful stretch through parkland with views of the Palladian mansion.
