Starting from the Crowborough Beacon golf club car park, this circular route takes you along the ridge at 242m — the highest point in the High Weald AONB. On a clear day, the views stretch all the way to the South Downs and even the sea.
The route follows open commonland before descending through mixed woodland. The return leg passes through the town's older residential streets with their Arts & Crafts architecture. A solid half-day outing with some moderate climbs.
